An important step in our design process is creating studies or prototypes of our proposed design.
In general, we offer no less than three (3) design prototypes for the clients to choose from. This is to jump start a dialogue with the client. By providing tangible design options, we open the floor for a more free-flowing discussion.
In most cases, our clients have no idea what they want. When presented with design prototypes, they become more specific about what they like or don't like.
The discussion following the prototype submission then becomes a filtering process -- we keep the stuff the client likes and replace the ones they don't.
Ultimately, after a meticulous modification and enhancement process, we come up with a design that the client is perfectly happy with.
